Are there any shortcuts in losing weight? Of course NOT! There is no easy way to lose weight quickly. It’s a process and thinking otherwise is the same mentality of starting a blog or online business and thinking your going to make millions over night.
Last week I wrote a post about being a month into the project and regarding my mindset. While this is probably the hardest obstacle in my eyes taking it to the next level can seem just as hard. The next level of course is tunning up the regiment and working out harder.
